Modern hotel, patient staff, particularly good location helpful in helping me to book a place of mini furgon to Koman ferry pier. A nice size and heated room with flat-screen television, a dining area, and a sitting area, and comfortable bed. What a good stay, no reason to complain.

I also appreciated the fact that the hotel offered free bicycles, even though they didn't have locks. The staff at Hotel Bicaj were friendly and were very good too assist me in arranging my onward travel. Their help in organizing my trip to the Koman-Fierze ferry was invaluable. I would highly recommend this hotel for its comfortable accommodations and helpful staff.

While the location of the hotel wasn't ideal, it wasn't a major drawback. The surrounding area may not have been the most picturesque, but once inside the hotel, everything was fine.
